Hanwell Instruments Limited has a complete turnkey solution to this situation. We have developed a range of environmental monitoring and data acquisition products that use wireless communications. These units are second to none in terms of functionality and versatility. We have worked to evolve our products to provide superior, reliable technology, which is now integrated into our entire range. Such technology includes the Hanwell ml2000, as an example. A small, battery operated wireless sensor (with an expected battery life in excess of 18 months), the unit is fully transportable and can easily be mounted on portable equipment or in temporary locations. Further, the range, under ideal conditions, can be up to 2 miles.
For even more advanced monitoring you can add Hanwell Smart Receivers. These units enable environmental conditions to be monitored from a PC, in real-time, from remote installations across wide area networks or different geographical locations to a central location, creating exceptional flexibility.
The Hanwell Radiolog for Museums system has been specifically designed for museum institutions to provide an independent environmental monitoring system, capable of data analysis and reporting, which can be used to map and verify Temperature, RH, Lux and UV in these monitored areas. Security built into the software also allows auditing and user dependant feature access. Once a Hanwell Radiolog system is in place and validated, all key environmental functions can be managed and reported upon. Reports can be customised to individual institution requirements; features such as automatic email report generation and email alerts can be implemented, if required.
Additionally, linking the Radiolog system into your building management system will provide a closed loop control system that will enable all the necessary control, reporting and alerts to ensure environmental control is maintained and recorded.
All Hanwell sensors are designed with calibration in mind and can be independently verified to ensure complete confidence in the collected data. Calibration can be performed in-house or on-site, and we can support customers who have their own in-house calibration facilities, and require supplementary calibration documentation and software. Further, we now provide on-site or in-house training on the use of monitoring instrumentation and calibration techniques.
