Damage caused after valuable objects are dispatched to a loan site is not only frustrating for the recipient, but mean costly restoration or irreparable damage. How can you be sure that it won’t happen again with your next delivery, or again after that? It’s completely out of your control...or is it?
Hanwell supply and support a range of monitoring and control solutions including comprehensive devices that travel with priceless pieces and monitor their ongoing condition, whether it’s temperature, humidity or shock detection. Some of our most popular damage prevention products are shown below:
Hanwell’s environmental RHT Datalogger has been specifically designed to record temperature and humidity for valuable objects during transportation, detailing unacceptable conditions with precise time and date and accurate temperature and humidity levels.
The shock-bug device is designed to record shock or tilt events experienced by a valuable object during transit. The unit is an event logger, i.e. it records the time and at which preset limits are exceeded. If the package undergoes acceleration greater than 5g in any direction, or is tilted more than 35 degrees from vertical, these movements will be recorded, along with the date and time of the disturbance.
The above products each document the delivery of valuable objects allowing users to see the damages potentially caused on route to a loan site when you cannot physically be there yourself.
